We do not initiate contact with you (clients or potential clients) by SMS, and we do not send out any automated or promotional text messages.  We collect personal information through our website, such as your name and phone number, exclusively for communication with our firm.  SMS opt-in and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.  We do not sell or share your personal information with any third parties, except as may be required by law. 

You have the right to access, correct, verify, change, or remove your personal information collected for SMS purposes. You can opt-out of SMS communication with us at any time by following the opt-out instructions provided in our SMS messages. Opting out of SMS communications will not affect your subscription to other forms of communication you may have opted into separately.
